2. Most PI attorneys in NJ, Phila and NY are out for inflated cases. Usually they are part of rings of ambulance chasers and fraudulent medical providers. People aren't going to come to him unless he can guarantee settlements. Many people who hire PI attorneys are not really injured and want something for nothing.
