Advertising. Get Commercials for your Local Channels, invest in Billboards, get a Full Page ad in your Local News paper, Phone Book and Yellow Pages. The trick here is spreading word about who your friend is and what he/she does and is good at it. Try to reach as much people as you can. Handing out Business Cards in Hospitals is not a bad idea either.
